Tournament Archery Training in Sarasota, FL
Private ASA field. Regulation USA Archery bails. Evening sessions. USA Archery certified coaching. Custom bow builds for competitive youth and adult archers across Florida.
Florida’s Premier Tournament Archery Training Facility
Archery Sarasota is built for competitive archers. We have a private ASA tournament field with full 3D animal targets, regulation bails for USA Archery Indoor and Outdoor rounds, full evening lighting, and USA Archery Level 3 certified coaching. Whether you are a youth athlete preparing for state competition or an adult shooter chasing a personal best, this is where serious preparation happens.
We are an authorized Elite Archery dealer. Every competition bow we build is fitted and tuned to the individual archer — not sized off a chart. Youth archers, parents, and competitive adults travel from Tampa, Orlando, Naples, and beyond because the combination of a certified coach, a private tournament field, and precision bow work simply does not exist anywhere else in Southwest Florida.
Tournament Programs We Train For
Our field and equipment are set up for the three major competitive formats.
ASA 3D Tournament
Our private ASA tournament field features authentic 3D animal targets at competition distances. We train archers on reading yardage, shot placement, equipment setup, and the mental process required to score under pressure. Your bow is tuned for the course before you compete.
USA Archery Indoor
Regulation bails set at USA Archery Indoor distances. We build and tune indoor competition setups — from bow fit and sight configuration to arrow selection and release — and coach the process-based shooting technique required to shoot clean rounds consistently.
USA Archery Outdoor (720 & 1440)
Our outdoor range with Labradar ballistic data and verified custom sight tapes gives competitive outdoor archers a level of preparation unavailable at indoor-only shops. We train at distance, tune for distance, and coach the form and mental game required at 50, 60, and 70 meters.
The Facility
A private training environment built specifically for competitive archery.
Private. Lit. Regulation.
When you train here, you have the entire facility. No other groups. No waiting. No distractions. Your session is focused entirely on you and your development.
The field is equipped for all three competitive formats. When we say regulation, we mean it — the bails, the distances, and the target configurations match what you will face on competition day.

Coaching That Builds Real Competitors
Rob Gilbert holds a USA Archery Level 3 certification — the highest coaching credential in USA Archery. His approach is process-based, technical, and individualized. No two archers get the same session because no two archers are the same.
We coach the whole athlete: form, equipment, shot process, and the mental game. For youth archers, that means building technique correctly from the start so good habits compound over years. For adult competitors, it means diagnosing and fixing what’s actually limiting your score.
Every bow we build for a competitive archer is fitted, tuned, and verified on the same field you’ll train on. The bow is part of the coaching process — not separate from it.
Built for Young Archers
Youth archery is different. Equipment has to grow with the athlete. Technique has to be built correctly from the start so it compounds over years of competition instead of requiring a full rebuild later. And young archers need a coach who understands the difference between pushing an athlete and burning them out.
We work with youth archers under 18 across all skill levels — from a first competition bow all the way to athletes preparing for state and national events. Parents drive from across Florida because the combination of a certified coach and a proper training facility simply isn’t available anywhere else in the region.
If your child is serious about competitive archery, this is where that development happens.
Serious Training for Adult Competitors
Adult competitive archery demands the same precision as youth — and adult archers often have deeply ingrained habits that require careful coaching to improve without breaking down what’s already working.
Whether you are shooting ASA, USA Archery Indoor, or outdoor field rounds, we build your setup for your discipline and coach you for your specific scoring ceiling. That means your bow is tuned for competition distances, your sight tapes are verified with Labradar data, and your shot process is trained to hold under tournament pressure.
Evening sessions are available — because most adult competitors have jobs and lives that don’t stop for training.

What tournaments do you prepare archers for?

Do you offer evening training sessions?

For youth archers, we account for growth and development when selecting and configuring equipment. The bow is part of the coaching process — it gets built and tuned on the same field your athlete will train on.
