Arrows Built to Your Spec.
Not the Chart.
Purpose-built carbon and aluminum arrows designed around your bow, draw, and discipline. Spine, weight, FOC, bushings, fletching, and nocks all calculated. Mail-in service nationwide.
An Arrow That Performs, Not Just Flies.
A spine chart is a starting point. Real performance comes from calculating every variable for your specific bow and your specific goal.
Designed Around You
Your bow, your draw length, your draw weight, your discipline. The build starts with a conversation, not a spreadsheet pulled off a shelf.
Engineered, Not Estimated
Spine, weight, FOC, bushings, fletching, and nock fit all calculated for your exact setup. We don’t guess. We build to spec.
Sealed With UV Epoxy
Every single vane tipped and tailed with UV cure epoxy. Edges protected, vanes don’t peel. Built once, holds up shot after shot.
What Goes Into Every Build.
These six variables are calculated for your specific setup, not pulled from a generic chart. Get one wrong and the arrow won’t fly the way it should.
Spine
Calculated for your draw weight, draw length, point weight, and bow speed. The right spine flexes and recovers correctly. Wrong spine means inconsistency downrange.
Arrow Weight
Total weight dialed for your purpose. Tournament arrows optimize for flat trajectory and consistency. Hunting arrows optimize for kinetic energy and penetration.
FOC (Front of Center)
Determines how the arrow stabilizes in flight. Higher FOC for hunting broadheads. Tuned to your specific competition setup for tournament work.
Bushings & Inserts
The right bushing or insert affects weight balance, point attachment strength, and arrow tuning. Selected and installed based on your shaft and your point system.
Fletching
Vane size, profile, and pattern all change arrow flight. 3, 4, 5, and 6 fletch configurations available at multiple offset and helical angles for your discipline.
Nocks
Nock fit affects how the arrow leaves the string. Sloppy fit means inconsistent launch. Verified to your specific string and serving for clean separation every shot.
Precision Cut. Precision Fletched.
Every arrow gets the same attention. OMP Phoenix jig, AAE knob, UV-cure epoxy on every edge. This is what bench time looks like.
Clear Pricing, Per Arrow.
Bring your own shafts or buy them from us. Either way, you get a calculated build. All builds include component selection and final QC.
Standard Builds
Cut, insert, fletching, and nock install. Designed around your bow and purpose, hunting, recreation, or general use. Same attention to spine and setup, built for reliability in the field.
Tournament Builds
Cut, assembly, and fletching. Spine, weight, FOC, bushings, nocks, and fletch pattern all calculated for your specific bow and competition format. Built for archers who need every arrow to fly the same.
Re-Fletch
Strip existing vanes, clean the shaft, and re-fletch with new vanes in your choice of pattern and angle. Every vane tipped and tailed with UV cure epoxy. Bring them in or ship them to us.

Pulled From a Chart. Built for You.
The same shaft, the same components, two completely different outcomes. Here’s what changes when you stop estimating and start calculating.
Pulled From a Chart
Look up a spine on a manufacturer chart. Cut to length. Glue an insert. Fletch with whatever vane is on the bench. Hand it back. Hope it groups.
Works often enough that nobody questions it. Until your tournament arrow drifts at 40 yards and you can’t figure out why.
Calculated for Your Bow
Start with your bow, draw length, draw weight, and what the arrow needs to do. Calculate spine for your actual setup. Choose components for the calculated weight and FOC.
Verify nock fit. Fletch on a Phoenix jig with an AAE knob, sealed with UV-cure epoxy. Every arrow in the dozen built the same way, on purpose.

Tell Us Your Setup
Call, text, or email with your bow, draw length, draw weight, and what the arrows are for. Tournament, hunting, TAC, or recreation. We talk through the build before anything ships.
We Design the Build
Spine, weight, FOC, bushings, fletching, and nocks all calculated against your numbers. We confirm the spec with you and recommend components if you need them.
Ship Shafts & Components
You ship your shafts, points, vanes, and inserts to the Center. Or buy them from us at dealer pricing — Alta, Easton, Victory, Black Eagle, and every other brand.
We Build & Verify
Cut, square, point, fletch, and nock. Every fletching tipped and tailed with UV-cure epoxy. Each arrow weighed and verified before it leaves the bench.
Ship Back, Ready to Shoot
Boxed and shipped back to your door. Pair the build with our precision bow tune if you’re heading to a tournament or western hunt and want the whole package dialed.
Done Right. Every Vane.
Precision jig work, every edge sealed, every vane in plane. Critical when you’re building a dozen arrows that all need to fly identically.
OMP Phoenix Jig with AAE Knob
Repeatable accuracy on every vane placement. The AAE knob delivers the kind of micro-adjustment a budget jig can’t. That’s how you build a dozen arrows that fly the same way out of the same bow.
3, 4, 5 & 6 Fletch Patterns
Left, right, and straight clamps from 0 to 5 degrees. Three-fletch hunting, four-fletch broadhead stabilization, five or six-fletch tournament — built to whatever pattern your discipline demands.
UV Cure Epoxy on Every Single Vane
We tip and tail every vane with UV cure epoxy to protect the leading and trailing edges. This stops peeling, survives contact with foam targets and brush, and extends vane life through weather and repeated use. It’s an extra step. We do it on every arrow.
Authorized Dealer for the Big Four.

How It Works
Contact us first to discuss your build — bow specs, draw length, draw weight, and what you need the arrows for. We design the build before your shafts arrive so there’s no guesswork.
Ship your shafts and components to the Center. We build them, weigh them, verify them, and ship them back ready to shoot.
Custom Arrow Questions.
Common questions about builds, mail-in service, components, and what makes our work different.
How much do custom arrow builds cost?
Tournament builds are $8 per arrow for cut, assembly, and fletching. Standard builds for hunting and recreation are $6 per arrow. Re-fletching is $5 per arrow. All builds include calculated spine, weight, FOC, and component selection specific to your setup.
Can I send my arrows to you for building?
Yes. We accept mail-in arrow builds and re-fletching from anywhere in the country. Contact us first to discuss your build specs, then ship your shafts and components to 7524 Castle Dr, Sarasota, FL 34240. We build them and ship them back ready to shoot.
Do I need to buy arrows from Archery Sarasota?
No. You can bring or ship your own shafts and components, and we will build them. We also sell shafts and components from Alta, Easton, Victory, Black Eagle, and other manufacturers if you want to source them from us. Either option works.
What arrow brands do you work with?
All of them. We are a dealer for Alta, Easton, Victory, and Black Eagle, and we build on every other arrow manufacturer. If it is a carbon or aluminum shaft, we build it.
What fletching patterns do you offer?
We offer 3, 4, 5, and 6 fletch vane patterns on an OMP Phoenix jig with an AAE knob. Clamp options include left, right, and straight from 0 to 5 degrees. Every single vane is tipped and tailed with UV cure epoxy to protect the edges and prevent peeling.
What makes your arrow builds different from a typical archery shop?
Most shops pull a spine from a basic chart, cut the arrow, and fletch it. We design each build around your specific bow, draw length, draw weight, and purpose. Arrow weight, spine, FOC, bushings, fletching pattern, and nock fit are all calculated — not estimated. That is the difference between an arrow that works and an arrow that performs.
