Robert Gilbert
Level 3 NTS coaching is the senior tier focused on long-term individual archer development — what produces archers who win. Rob specializes in technical bow fitting, precision tuning, and process-based coaching. His tuning work brings archers from across the state who need problems solved their local shop couldn’t fix.
Scott Reed
Scott brings a deep background in equipment setup and archer development. He’s the first coach many new students work with, building the fundamentals and shot process that everything else is built on.

Frequently Asked Questions.
Do I need my own equipment to book a session?
No. If you’re coming for a beginner lesson, we provide everything you need. If you’re coming for bow tuning or a custom build, bring your bow or let us know what you need and we’ll discuss options before your appointment.
How do I book an appointment?
Book online through our Square booking page, or call/text us at (941) 322-7146. We are appointment-only — walk-ins are not accepted.
What ages do you work with?
We work with youth archers (typically age 6 and up) and adults of all experience levels. Many of our competitive archers started with us as beginners. See our archery lessons page for details on youth and adult instruction.
How much does a session cost?
Private archery lessons are $80/hour for 1 person or $120/hour for 2 people. All bow tuning and service work is $100 per hour with a $50 minimum for quick jobs. Custom bow builds are quoted based on the build.

We are at 7524 Castle Dr, Sarasota, FL 34240. This is a private facility on two acres — not a retail storefront. Directions and details are confirmed when you book your appointment. We serve archers from Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Tampa, Venice, and across Southwest Florida.
